Hello, I'm Jiawei Chen
I am a Product Designer currently based in Kiel, Germany. I deeply value human connections, vulnerability, accessibility, equity, growth, and openness. I thrive on tackling challenging human-centered problems through design.
I earned my Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from the Kiel School of Design and am now pursuing a Master's degree in User Interface Design at the same institution. Before diving into the world of design, I completed a Bachelor of Medical Science in Diagnostic Imaging at Chongqing Medical University and gained practical experience during a year-long internship and assistantship in a hospital setting.
My medical background enriches my expertise, particularly in designing healthcare products and interfaces. Additionally, I have extensive experience as a freelancer, which has honed my skills across various design disciplines.
I am dedicated to being an excellent designer. My career aspiration is to become a compassionate, open-minded, and approachable leader in design. Currently, I am fully engaged in designing and developing innovative solutions and enjoying every moment of this creative journey.
