Super Absorbent Polymers, commonly abbreviated as SAP, possess the unique ability to absorb and expand with water, and subsequently recover their original form when dried. These polymers are a common sight in everyday items such as dehumidifiers, water bead toys, and diapers. Capitalizing on this distinctive characteristic of SAP, we have ventured to use SAP beads in casting processes, aiming to create intricate three-dimensional cavity structures.
